The assessment is a very important part of the coaching process.  Without it, a coach can only help you based on the information you provide.  Most of the time, the information provided by the player or their team coach is only what they see or even worse, what they "think" they see. 

Our targeted assessment goes behind the scenes and takes a complete in depth look into you, as a hockey player.  The targeted, hockey specific assessment will give us an axiological look into you as a player.  We are certified to administer and debrief this assessment. 

As we have explained on the About Mike Hartman page, he knows hockey.  With this assessment and his knowledge as a professional  hockey player, we will put together a detailed coaching plan to help you get the results you are striving for.  We have clients on a 36 month coaching plan and others that buy one coaching session at a time.
